Fabricating-equipment manufacturer Trumpf has acquired software company Lantek, a family-owned software company founded in 1986 and headquartered in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. The company operates worldwide with 20 locations in 14 countries and provides software for sheet metal and metalworking including CAD, CAM, MES and ERP solutions.
Lantek will continue to operate under its current name, independent from all machine-tool builders.
