Markforged Announces Additive Manufacturing University
February 28, 2019Markforged, a Watertown, MA-based 3D printer company, has announced Markforged Additive Manufacturing University, a new program designed to help businesses accelerate and facilitate the adoption of 3D printing. Incorporating years of experience working with the world’s largest manufacturers, the helps companies develop the skills necessary to identify new applications for 3D printing; design for additive manufacturing; manage the printing process end-to-end; and build business cases for costly and time-consuming legacy manufacturing processes.

Markforged Additive Manufacturing University provides the following:• Workshops and courses at Markforged headquarters led and taught by industry experts.
• Certification and training delivered at a customer’s facility, with custom-tailored content intended to accommodate larger teams.
• Learning Library, a free, on-demand resource to build foundational knowledge of the 3D printing industry and provide best practices for 3D printing applications, including design guides.
